Shipping Methods

1) Shipping via Courier:

Cash on delivery is available for orders over €40.00 for small parcels.
Small parcels are shipped via Speedex Courier. The charges are:
- Cash on Delivery Fee: +€3.00
- Shipping Fee: +€4.00
For orders under €40.00 (small parcels), cash on delivery is not available. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer, with only the €4.00 shipping fee applied.

2) Shipping via Freight Carrier:

For large parcels or deliveries to remote areas, a representative from our company will contact you shortly to inform you of the applicable shipping costs.

For large items (such as Christmas trees or garden furniture):

Within the Attica region: Delivery is made FREE OF CHARGE by our company’s representative directly to your location.
Outside the Attica region: Orders are shipped via freight transport companies, with a shipping charge of €10.00 per package, following telephone confirmation with one of our representatives.

Cash on delivery is not available for shipments outside the Attica region. Payment must be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer to our company's bank account.

You can pay securely using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and Diners Club credit, debit, or prepaid cards. Payments via the Masterpass digital wallet are also accepted.

2) Cash on Delivery

Payment is made upon delivery to the courier representative.

3) Bank Transfer

For small parcels, payment by bank transfer incurs only the €4.00 shipping fee, unless you have your own courier account and arrange shipment at your own expense.

For large parcels (e.g. Christmas trees or garden furniture):

Payment and delivery can be completed at your location by one of our company representatives.

Outside Attica

Cash on Delivery is not available.

Returns Policy

Product returns are accepted under the following conditions:

1) Defective Products

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, provided that one of our representatives has been notified immediately upon receipt of the product by telephone.

In this case, we offer:

Replacement of the product with the same item, or
Replacement with other products of equal value, with all return and shipping costs covered by us.

2) Non-Defective Products or Incorrect Customer Selection

If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind or an incorrect selection, the product must be returned in its original packaging, complete, unused, and free from any damage, so that it remains in resalable condition.

In this case, all shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the return is approved and all of the above conditions are met, no refund will be issued. Instead, the value of the returned product will be credited to the customer's account and can be used toward the purchase of other products.
